Our story
My program serves any person that is looking to develop, improve and/or focus on building self- confidence with their own body, while enjoying the program we offer. We try to help them improve in many areas of each sport they participate in.
My belief is that every person can improve to some degree, depending on their willingness to focus, hard work, and with a consistent training program. The four weeks/2 sessions each week, are just a beginning of an excellent training program.
I have recently become a Certified Nutrition Coach with Prosper Nutrition to help athletes and my other clients focus on happy and healthy relationship with food, exercise and their own body image.
It is normally a four-week block of one-hour sessions, twice a week, that each athlete continues to focus on improving their balance/coordination, strength, agility, explosiveness, and conditioning. We teach each athlete on the proper positioning of their body for acceleration/deceleration moves. This is extremely important to their success in any sport they participate in. We have had many successes with this program with the athletes that have participated in the past.
While it being difficult at times, the athletes seem to get a lot out of it. Will they be experts after six to eight weeks with me, probably not, but that is a start with them. It should be a continued program for them to form good habits.
In my program I use latex resistance bands for the strength and agility portion of the program with the addition of Blaze Pods (Flash Reflex Training).
